This is a request for proposal for Asphalt replacement on Meadowbrook Dr, Debard, W Point Tap, Old Brushy Creek, & Range Rd 1. Meadowbrook Dr, from Link St east to dead end. 44,423 sq ft 2. Debard, from US Hwy 79 to Texas Ave 8,475 sq ft 3. W Point Tap, between US Hwy 79 and Knox St. 17,550 sq ft 4. Old Brushy Creek, from Turner to Country Club Rd. 52,054 sq ft 5. Range Rd, from Loop 256 to County Line. 51,400 sq ft Sq/yds is an estimate and must be verified before turning in bid Must provide all Labor and Materials Must include all approaches Must include all notifications to residents and business Asphalt will be Type D hot mix, 2in thick Old asphalt must be removed down to base material, and any base failures will need to repaired. The City of Palestine reserves the right to reject any and/or all the bids/proposals or parts thereof.
