Furnish and deliver four (4) variable frequency drives for Raw Water Pumps at Van de Water Water Treatment Plant, Raw Water Pump Station When permitted, members of the public may be present to observe the bid opening. All attendees must bring a government-issued photo identification (driver's license preferred) and check-in with the ECWA receptionist before being allowed entry to the bid opening. Whenever the Erie County Water Authority is operating under a Declaration of Emergency due to a pandemic or other general state of emergencies, members of the public may be precluded from being present at such bid opening.
