The products requested are calcium chloride flakes and various chlorides in liquid solution. Products must have BNQ certification. Is eligible to bid, any firm having obtained the tender document directly through the electronic tendering system , following the publication of the tender. The Union of Quebec Municipalities reserves the right to reject the tender if this schedule is not fully completed, and it does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the tenders submitted. The Union of Municipalities of Quebec incurs no obligation towards the bidders. The supply of goods or services must comply with the specifications of these specifications. The estimated annual quantity to which the specifications refer only serves as a guide as to the appreciation of an order of magnitude of the supply of goods or services covered by the specifications. This quantity does not in any way bind the Union of Quebec Municipalities, the participating municipalities and boards. The successful tenderer must provide sufficient quantities of goods or services according to the real needs of the participants. This quantity may be lower or higher than the approximate quantity estimated annually to which the specifications refer.
