**03/19/2024 is the Start of the Bid Solicitation Period, the CM is asking for the Pre-Qualification process to be complete prior to this Date** Construction is slated to start in May of 2024. Turner Construction is currently seeking to prequalify subcontractors and vendors interested in the construction of the new R.S. Gass State Health Laboratory located at R.S. Gass Boulevard, Nashville, TN. Interested parties should contact Amy Pedigo at apedigo@tcco.com for further steps to become prequalified. Plans call for the construction of a new modern public health laboratory at the State's RS Gass Complex in Nashville. Gross square footage of the building is estimated at 160,000 square feet. The identified site, at the corner of Ellington Parkway and Hart Lane, is to be cleared and graded to provide 6-7 buildable acres for the multilevel facility, potentially tiered parking, and landscaping elements. The Project will also include all necessary site improvements related to utilities, parking, and vehicular and pedestrian circulation.
