For Conversion Roads, South, FY23 The improvements consist of furnishing all labor and materials for improvements to the state's roadway network by converting several tar and chip roadways to bituminous roadways in Sussex County. Bituminous roadways provide a smoother and quieter ride. The project will add striping to the newly paved roads which will improve safety. All roads on the contract were approved in the FY23 bond bill. Follow other incidental construction in accordance with the location, notes and details shown on the plans, and as directed by the Engineer.
