A. The owner has contracted with the following companies for work relating to this project: 1. Spitz Inc. for the design and installation of the dome and all its associated specialty equipment. They will also be removing the existing dome and equipment. 2. Essjay Co., LLC for the installation of Irwin planetarium Seating. B. Cooperate fully with Owner and his work force, so work may be carried out smoothly, without interfering with or delaying Work under this Contract or work by Owner. Coordinate the Work of this Contract with work performed by Owner. Arcola Planetarium for the Methacton School District It is intended to award multiple prime contracts for the work as follows: Contract No. 1General Construction Contract No. 2HVAC Construction Contract No. 3Electrical Construction The share link will be provided when payment is received.
