Generator power is desired at these locations to power all building services for the MRO offices such as lights, electrical outlets, security system, basic HVAC, and LAN room in the event of a utility outage. In determination of option recommendations, consultant to review existing office loads and reference a target minimum generator run time of 96 hours. Consideration also to be given to the installation of dedicated building infrastructure for the MRO suite(s) and sustainable fuel sources. A total of three independent studies are to be completed, with one for each of the facilities listed below: 12th Floor - 1801 Hollis St., Halifax, NS 3rd Floor - 570 Queen St., Fredericton, NB (Barker House) 8th Floor - 10 Fort William Pl., St. John's, NL (Baine Johnston Center) Official bid documents must be obtained from www.bgis.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
