As of March 28, 2023. The project has been awarded to Bell Handyman Services with the amount $70,200.00. The City of Dahlonega is requesting sealed bids for improvements on the Hancock Park Dumpster Pad per City of Dahlonega plans Bidders are required to carefully examine the specifications contained in this bid document. Questions regarding Project #2023-003 will be accepted in writing only, to the City of Dahlonega Purchasing Agent, Brittany Lee at blee@dahlonega.gov or faxed to 706-864-4837 before 12:00PM, EST, on February 20, 2023 Responses will be posted by addenda no later than 5:00PM EST, on February 24,2023 electronically All bid forms must be accompanied by a Bid Bond in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid. The successful bidder, if awarded the Contract, will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and Payment Bond, each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract amount. Bids may not be withdrawn for ninety (90) days after the time and date set for closing, except as allowed by O.C.G.A. 13-10-22. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to award a contract in the best interest of the City, and to waive any technicalities and informalities. Completion Date: 180 Calendar Days.
