Data room AC service and preventative maintenance (Most of Washington County's data rooms are served by Liebert units ranging from 4-22 years in age) D. Boiler service and preventative maintenance E. Sheet metal (HVAC) F. Electrical work associated with HVAC/R systems G. Tenant Improvements (HVAC) H. Insulation (HVAC, plumbing systems) I. Air/ water Balancing and building re-commissioning J. Refrigerant Management/ Equipment phase out K. Equipment Life Cycle Analysis L. Any additional service which may assist the Facilities Department M. All repairs to systems will be done on a time and material basis upon approval of Washington County Facilities Management. N. Work performed by contractor shall be monitored, reviewed and subject to acceptance by County Contract Administrator. O. If work to be performed requires special equipment the contractor, with prior approval of the County Contract Administrator or designee may bill for rental equipment or use of their own special equipment. P. Contractor must schedule all non-emergency work twenty-four (24) hours in advance. Q. The contractor shall clean the work site each day and upon completion of the project, remove all debris from the premises. The work site shall be left in a condition comparable with that at the beginning of the project. Many secured areas exist within Washington County sites, contractor must adhere to safety protocols in these locations. R.
