Renovation of a municipal facility in Lubbock, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade municipal facility.
As of May 8, 2023, the project has been awarded, however, a contract award amount and a timeline for construction have not been confirmed. The Lubbock County Director of Purchasing will accept sealed proposals on the following: 3rd Floor Renovations Director of Purchasing may be contacted via phone at 806-775-1015. Pricing shall be made on a stipulated sum basis. Selection will be based on best value for the Owner. Proposal security in the sum of 5% of the total amount and in the form of a cashier's check, certified check or Surety Bid Bond, shall accompany proposals in accordance with the Request for Proposal. The Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject all proposals. In accordance with the Request for Proposal, all submitting vendors must comply with State Labor Laws concerning wage rates. *Information regarding subcontractor bidding has not been disclosed to the content management team at this time. Interested subcontractors should contact the general contractor directly for more information.
