This project is the subject of financial assistance from the TECQ. It should be noted that the awarding of the contract is conditional on the municipality obtaining financial assistance from the TECQ as well as obtaining a road permit from the Ministry of Transport. A bid deposit in the minimum amount of 10% of the total value of the bid in the form of either a certified check drawn on a Chartered Bank of Canada or on a Caisse Populaire, or a bid bond and an agreement relating to the issuance of bonds, in accordance with the examples attached to the call for tenders document, all payable to the "Ville de Saint-Pamphile" and refundable under conditions, must accompany the tender. Unless otherwise specified, this tender is subject to Annex 502.4 of the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT), the Trade and Cooperation Agreement between Quebec and Ontario (ACCQO) and the Quebec and New Brunswick Public Procurement Liberalization Agreement (AQNB) and holding, where applicable, the license required under the Building Act (RSQ, c -B-1.1).
