Site work for a water / sewer project in Port Hood, Nova Scotia. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Work of this Contract comprises of the demolition of a steel water storage tank in the Town of Port Hawkesbury and removal from site. Included in the project scope of work is infilling of the valve chamber, cutting off the tank steel anchor bolts and site cleanup/restoration. Hard copies of Contract Documents are available upon request at Strait Engineering Limited for a non-refundable charge of $40.00. Each tender must be accompanied by a certified cheque in the amount of 10% of the bid amount or a Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the bid amount and a Consent of Surety for the required fifty percent (50%) Performance Bond and fifty percent (50%) Labour and Materials Bond The right to reject any or all tenders or to accept any tender deemed most satisfactory is reserved by the Owner who also reserves the right to waive any minor informality in any or all tenders. bid value not released for publication.
