Ultrathin Bonded Asphalt Surface on various streets in Salina. The drawings, specifications, and other contract documents are the property of the City of Salina, Kansas, and are available for public inspection at the office of the Department of Public Works, Room 205, 300 W. Ash, Salina, Kansas 67401. Please contact the Department of Public Works/Engineering at 785-309-5725 with any questions in regard to the project. The City of Salina, Kansas, reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any irregularities therein. Bid Bond: 5% Performance Bond: 100% Payment Bond: 100% Time of Completion. Bidder agrees that the Work will be substantially completed by FEBRUARY 28, 2024, and will be completed and ready for final payment in accordance with the General Clauses by MARCH 31, 2024. Bidder accepts the provisions of the Contract as to liquidated damages.
