The South Anthony Arroyo Flood Control Infrastructure project will include improvements to the Adams Park drainage features as well as roadway improvements for McKinley Street and 4th Street. Drainage Improvements will include the implementation of an intake structure to capture the flows of South Anthony Arroyo into Adams Park which will outfall by gravity storm drain and pump station into a proposed headwall located at the intersection of McKinley Street and 1st Street.
