The Work which shall consist of constructing streets, drainage, and utilities for Gateway MUD No. 1 Unit 1, Phase 1. The Project includes all site work necessary for construction of drainage ditches, streets, and utilities. Project name is Proposed Streets, Drainage, and Utilities for Gateway Core Equity, Ltd., a Texas Limited Partnership for the benefit of Gateway MUD No. 1 Unit 1, Phase 1. The deadline to ask questions is 2/01/2023 5:00 PM CST The Work to be performed under the provisions of these Contract Documents consists of furnishing all materials, equipment, tools, transportation, services, labor, and supervision necessary for construction of facilities and installation of any and all equipment together with appurtenances for the work covered by these specifications. The Specifications and Plans are intended to supplement but not necessarily duplicate one another. Any work exhibited in one and not in the other shall be executed as if it had been set forth in both. Should the requirements appear to be in conflict, or the Contractor have questions on the Work,the Contractor shall secure written instructions from the Owner and Engineer before proceeding with the construction affected thereby. The intent is that the Work shall be performed according to the Contract Documents. All products specified by manufacturers name shall be installed in accordance with manufacturers printed instructions. The deadline for questions is 5:00 PM on Wednesday, February 1, 2023.
