Site work and new construction of a civil project in Denison, Texas. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
Bid Package 2 Pump Station Facilities and Cofferdam Design and Construction This project is for the construction of the new Intake Raw Water Pump Station (with Vertical Turbine Pumps) and associated components with 30 MGD initial capacity and ability to expand in the future to 50 MGD. The project also includes construction of approximately 6,750 LF of 42" raw water pipeline, approximately 1700 LF of 8" potable water line, approximately 8600 LF of 24" Potable Waterline, a 200' aerial crossing of the spillway, an access road, lake intake channel, outfall structure, site development, environmental mitigation, site security, electrical and installation of SCADA improvements. Project Location: 325 Lakeview Drive, Denison, Texas. The deadline to ask questions is 2/28/2023 3:00 PM CST. All Proposals shall include a line-item price for providing Performance and Payment Bonds for 100% of the amount of the contract. The payment and performance bonds shall be issued by a surety company licensed to do business in the State of Texas. CMAR and Owner reserve the right to reject any and all Proposals and waive any and all formalities, and the right to disregard all nonconforming or conditional Proposals or counter proposals.
