This Request for Proposals (the "RFP") is an invitation by the Government of Manitoba ("Manitoba"), as represented by the Department of Labour, Consumer Protection & Government Services, Capital Projects Planning and Delivery ("CPPD") to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Emergency Generator Replacement as further described in Section 1 of the RFP Particulars (Appendix 3) (the "Work"). Work for this Contract comprises of the replacement of an existing natural gas fired generator for a new diesel fired generator for the AA Heaps Building located at 254 Portage Avenue, Winnipeg, MB. CPPD requires the services of a Contractor for emergency generator in a government office building with heritage status. The Scope of Work includes, but is not limited to, demolition of the existing generator and provision of new generator. Work site location will be occupied during construction. CPPD is administering this RFP process.
