2022-2023 Capital Outlay Project - Masonry Restoration Bid bond payable to the owner shall be submitted with each bid in the amount of 5 percent of the bid amount. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after opening of bids. All potential bidders must self perform a minimum of 20% of the work associated with the contract that they submit bids for. Proof of self performance requirements shall be provided following the bid as required in the instructions to Bidders. Bidders must be properly licensed under the laws governing their respective trades and be able to obtain insurance and bonds required for the Work. A Performance Bond, a separate Labor and Material Payment Bond, and Insurance in a form acceptable to Owner will be required of the successful Bidder. Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids, to re-advertise for new bids and to waive informalities and irregularities in connection with any bid. Masonry restoration to mitigate water infiltration through the exterior walls. Various areas of brick and stone will be washed and repointed or replaced. New sealant around louvers and windows.
