Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Taylorsville, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
For Carriage Square Parking Lot Improvements Work includes the demolition and reconstruction of the asphalt parking lot, concrete curb and sidewalk, and landscaping. This project is funded in part by a Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). The contractor is required to comply with federal labor standards including payment of current Davis-Bacon wages. Payment shall constitute full compensation for pavement restoration/replacement to the minimum thicknesses required including furnishing and placing APWA approved asphalt mix and untreated road base materials to the specified depth over property prepared subgrade and compacted trench backfill, and tack coat on all vertical pavement edges prior to paving.”
