The City of Mandeville is requesting quotes from commercial diving contractors to conduct an underwater Level I, II, and III inspection and provide a written report of the damages and safety concerns for the Sunset Point Pier Pilings resulting from the landfall of Hurricane Ida. Firms responding to this RFQ must have the capacity and resources to fulfill the requirements of the project Scope of Work. All applicable laws, ordinances, and the rules and regulations of all authorities having jurisdiction over this purchase shall apply to the contract throughout. All regulations and policies applicable to the FEMA Public Assistance program shall be included in the contract. The contractor must provide proof of insurance meeting or exceeding the enclosed City of Mandeville Insurance Requirements prior to contract execution.
