The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, replacement of the lighting controls, PLC's, and BAS systems throughout the facility in their entirety. The project shall provide the most effective & efficient systems possible with the least cost possible. The project will replace the existing Microlite Relay Panel Lighting Controls System with a new lighting controls system and replace the existing Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC's) with new PLC's. It will also replace the existing Building Automation System (BAS) with a new BAS. ESTIMATED CONSTRUCTION COST: $5,800,000.00.
