The City of Manchester, Department of Aviation (hereinafter "the Airport"), will accept Pre-qualification Statements from contractors interested in bidding on upcoming construction projects at Manchester-Boston Regional Airport during calendar year 2023. The projects for which Pre-qualification Statements are being accepted are described below. Project descriptions are representative of the types of projects the Airport is considering at this time and/or other similar projects that may be initiated during this construction season. Contractors who qualify for specific projects shall be considered qualified for any projects the Airport deems to be similar in nature. Contractors may apply for pre-qualification for any one or more of these projects. Miscellaneous Building Improvements projects to include improvements, construction and utility construction/relocation within the Airline Terminal or other Airport owned buildings. Schedule and scope are dependent on operational need. Estimated cost for each project is not anticipated to exceed $400,000. Contract requirements related to Federal funding may apply. The Airport may accept or reject, at its sole discretion, any Pre-qualification Statements received which are incomplete or lack sufficient detail for consideration. Individual projects will not be re-advertise d if they are adequately represented in this legal notice. It is the sole responsibility of the Contractor to be prequalified within the timeframe stated above. Pre-qualified contractors will be notified of all projects for which they have been pre-qualified to bid. Only pre-qualified contractors will be afforded the opportunity to bid on Airport projects requiring Pre-qualification. Product/Material suppliers and subcontractors are not required to file for pre-qualification.
