Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in North Kingstown, Rhode Island. Design plans call for the construction of a 43,550-square-foot military facility; medical facility; and restaurant.
Scope: new 43,550 sq ft facility that will provide modern support for air missions, cyber defense, and combat communications. It will have a medical center, a dining facility capable of feeding 1,100 personnel, and function as a 24/7 command and control center in the event of any emergency. As of August 2025, the project is in design. A schedule for general contractor bidding and construction has not been established.
