Paint Exterior of Various Buildings - 610-24-214 Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, and supervision necessary to prepare and paint all the existing surfaces presently painted on the exterior of various buildings. All work will be located at the VA Northern Indiana Healthcare System, Marion Campus, 1700 E. 38th Street, Marion, IN 46953 Work to be completed within 180 calendar days from receipt of Notice to Proceed. This solicitation is 100% set aside for Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses. NAICS: 236220; Size Standard: $45 million. Only bids from VA-verified SDVOSBs in the Department of Veterans Affairs, Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization Veteran Small Business Certification (VetCert) database (https://veterans.certify.sba.gov/) at the time of bid submission and prior to award will be eligible for award.
