The Proponent should demonstrate via documentation how this risk reduction method has been applied to increase the overall safety of BC Hydro personnel and the public including Supplier's staff. During the design and drawing review process the successful Proponent and Hydro's Representative will discuss any hazards identified by the successful Proponent. The Proponent should submit a project specific Safety by Design proposal providing the methodology, hazard identification techniques and recommendations on how the hazards identified, but not already addressed, will be mitigated.
