By: Ronald Dalpe, Purchasing Agent PROPOSAL DISTRIBUTION The only sources of "official" distribution of proposal documents are through the Business Office of Orange Ulster BOCES, BOCES Website or Bid Net's national website. If you've obtained this proposal from a source other than those listed, you are encouraged to contact BOCES to receive an "official" copy. You are not guaranteed to receive important addenda or information regarding this proposal if not registered with BOCES or have obtained copies of this RFP officially. Failure to respond to a proposal on "official" proposal copies may result in disqualification. The Orange-Ulster BOCES (the "BOCES") has authorized the electronic submission of bids as an alternative to other approved hard copy submissions outlined above. The BOCES is only accepting electronic bids via the BidNet platform. E-mail or fax bid submissions are not acceptable and will not be considered. Bidders wishing to submit bids electronically must first register on the web-address. While BidNet does offer premium paid options, bidders are not required to pay for either the vendor registration or the submission of bids. Further, whether the bidder has opted for a premium paid option does not have any impact on the award process. Failure to comply with the forgoing procedures may result in a delay in the BOCES receiving the bid submission. Any bid received after February 9, 2023 at 4 PM, for any reason, will be deemed untimely and will not be opened or considered in the contract award process.
