All bids shall be in accordance with the specifications, drawings and terms of the proposed contracts The Village will not accept bids from, or award contracts to, anyone who cannot prove to the complete satisfaction of the Board of Trustees that he has sufficient experience in this type of work and is financially able and organized to successfully carry out the work required in the specified time. Excavate area and remove all soil and debris from the proposed splash pad area. 2. Properly grade area for adequate drainage. 3. Furnish and install a 5" slab for splash pad with expansion joints and re-bar reinforcement with a broom finish. 4. Furnish and install, Per Manufacturer's instructions, Vortex Aquatic Structure design. Design to includes a Water Management System with Controller housed inside a Steel Lockable Cabinet, and an Activator Bollard. 5. Provide the recommended plumbing materials as Per Manufacturer's recommendation. Schedule 80 PVC. 6. Provide proper connections from the main water line to the manifold. 7. Provide proper electrical connections per Manufacturer's specifications to controller and Activation Bollard with proper conduits. 8. Furnish and install drain connection to the Village Sewer line. 9. Furnish and install 1/2" Color Rubber Surfacing on the splash pad area.
