The project consists of the following major elements of construction including but not limited: Labor services and related materials and equipment for height adjustment for sanitary sewer manholes rims and covers as well as storm drainage structures on an as-needed basis. Phone: (423) 643-7230 FAX: (423) 643-7244 All bidders must be licensed and shall comply with all requirements of the State of Tennessee Contractor's Licensing Act. The scope of work shall consist of two separate operations including but not limited to the following: 1- Demolition and repair of Lee HWY for the partial removal and installation of twin 48" X 60" Corrugated Metal Pipes (40 feet total), the upstream concrete headwall and the installation of styrene free Cast In Place Pipe liners (95 feet total). 2- Installation of 40 feet of 36" steel carrier pipe across Lee HWY in the vicinity of the culvert repair through open cutting of the road.
