**As of March 29, 2023 , this project has been awarded to Horizon Chemical, LLC. for the amount of $208,492.60.** Questions may be directed to: John Childs, PE City Engineer Phone: 605.773.3056 056 2301 john.childs@ci.pierre.sd.us The CONTRACT SCOPE for the project generally consists of: All materials and labor required to furnish and install, complete in place, a new pool surface. The project scope includes removal of the existing plaster and tile surface, replacement of same, and associated white goods and drains. Substantial completion shall be June 16, 2023. Bids shall be included in an opaque sealed envelope marked with the notation "BID ENCLOSED - AQUATIC CENTER POOL RESURFACING" and the name and address of the Bidder on the face thereof. The bids shall be accompanied by the bid security and other required documents. The Board of City Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
