All work shall be performed in compliance with the applicable parts of the VDOT Road and Bridge Specifications 2016 or latest edition, including but not limited to: Section 302 - Drainage Structures, Section 232 - Pipe and Pipe Arches, Section 249 - Flowable Backfill, Section 217 - Hydraulic Cement Concrete, Section 218 - Hydraulic Cement Mortar and Grout, Section 303 - Earthwork, Section 512 - Maintaining Traffic, Section 107.16 - Environmental Stipulations. Location Where Work Will Be Performed: Prince Edward, Buckingham & Cumberland Counties. The award will be made on a PER LOT basis.
