SCOPE: Construction of eight-inch dia. underdrain systems including well pointing and dewatering, repair and replacement of water and/or reclaimed water service, pavement restoration, ADA pedestrian ramps, concrete sidewalk, concrete curb, directional boring, backflow devices, tree root pruning, sodding, irrigation, replacing damaged sidewalks and driveways Please note that the City of Tampa may not be able to accommodate any request received less than 48 hours before the scheduled public hearing or meeting. Each Proposal must be submitted on the Proposal form included in the Specifications and must be accompanied by a certified check or cashier's check on a solvent bank or trust company in compliance with Section 255.051, Florida Statutes, made payable to the City of Tampa, in an amount of not less than five per cent of the total bid, or a Bid Bond, of like amount, on the form set forth in the Contract Documents, as a guarantee that, if the Proposal is accepted, the Bidder will execute the Proposed Contract and furnish a Public Construction Bond within twenty (20) days after receipt of Notice of Award of Contract.
