The Charter Township of Shelby ("Shelby Township") is seeking qualified licensed and insured vendors to submit proposals for fitness equipment. Attached hereto is a general description of equipment sought. The Charter Township of Shelby reserves the right to accept any proposal, reject any and all proposals, or waive irregularities in any proposal that are in the best interest of the Township. The Township prefers that contractors have a business located in the State of Michigan within Macomb, Oakland or Wayne County. Responses to this Request for Proposal may not be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the time established for receiving the Proposals. Responders may withdraw at any time prior to the time set for the receiving of the Proposals. Shelby Township reserves the right to disqualify Proposals before or after opening, upon evidence of collusion with intent to defraud, or other illegal practices upon the part of the bidder. Shelby Township reserves the right to reject any and all Proposals in whole or in part for any reason whatsoever and to waive any informalities therein.
