For CDBG 22 NR Sidewalk and Park Improvements The Project consists of constructing approximately 1,700 LF of concrete sidewalk along Main Street (SR15 to Broward Avenue) and on Broward Avenue (from Main Street to Beach Park), including ADA ramps, mats, and striping; removal and replacement of approximately 4,650 SF of existing roof at the community center; renovation of an existing bathroom structure, including fixtures, stall dividers, floor drain, painting, and asphalt shingle roof; construction of a 600 SF open picnic shelter with lights; construction of adult exercise stations; and exercise trail and parking lot striping. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum basis, with additive alternate bid items as indicated in the Bid Form. The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is: Mittauer & Associates, Inc., 580-1 Wells Road, Orange Park, Florida 32073, (904) 278-0030. Prospective Bidders may examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office, Monday through Friday (excluding Holidays), and may obtain copies of the Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office as described below.
