Subject to conditions prescribed by the University of California, Davis, responses to the University's prequalification documents for a Lump Sum contract are sought from prospective bidders for the following project: Tp3 Water Intrusion Repairs - Sequoia, Project No: 2509010 PREQUALIFICATION OF PROSPECTIVE BIDDERS The University has determined that bidders who submit bids on this project must be prequalified. Prequalified bidders will be required to have the following California contractor's license: General Building Contractor "B" Provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, insurance, and services to remove and replace exterior cladding, sheathing, water resistive barrier, flashing, cement plaster, etc., and remove and replace all bedroom and bathroom windows, exterior ground floor doors, and louvers at storefront windows at Tercero 3 Student Housing Building - Sequoia. The Prequalification Questionnaire will be available on Monday, January 23, 2023, and may be found on the UC Davis Online Planroom electronically. (This online plan room is free but will require that you create a username and a password. See the gray box on the left side of the screen.) The University reserves the right to reject any or all responses to Prequalification Questionnaires and to waive non-material irregularities in any response received. All information submitted for prequalification evaluation will be considered official information acquired in confidence, and the University will maintain its confidentiality to the extent permitted by law.
