As of March 15, 2023, project is on hold. No definite date for the rebid. For more information during business hours (M-F 8:00am-4:30pm), contact Janelle Neece, City Clerk: 816-776-5304, ext. 103 or cityclerk@cityofrichmondmo.com The City of Richmond is requesting proposals for Downtown Sidewalk Improvements This request for proposal will focus on brick repair and leveling in designated sections of the downtown area, as shown on Attachment A. Interested parties should be familiar with masonry and brick work. Contractor will be expected to remove and reset areas of brick that have settled over time, creating a flush walkway with adjacent concrete sidewalk and curb. Missing or damaged bricks will be required to be replaced with a similar color and shaped brick as discovered. Note per the attachment that six (6) areas are designated for repair. We request that the bidder organize their proposal to reflect the individual cost for each area of repair.
