Site work, renovation and addition to a water / sewer project in Brossard, Quebec. Working plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; for the addition of a 975-square-foot, one-story above grade water / sewer project; and for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Upgrades, repairs and improvement to Marie-Victorin pumping station located in Brossard area of Longueuil agglomeration. The scope of the project includes construction of addition to the existing building for installation of a new generator. The scope of the project also includes renovations of the existing building areas, construction of required pipelines and extensive civil engineering work. TIMELINE: Working drawings are underway. The owner has increased the project budget and included it into its 2025-2027 3-year capital expenditure program. Tender for the general constrictor is anticipated in late 2025/early 2026.
