Landmark Construction is requesting SUBCONTRACT BIDS for the Jefferson Union HSD for the New Adult Education & District Office Lease-Leaseback Project Joint Trench Scope ONLY. All other trades have already been selected. The scope of this bid includes joint trench, electrical, telephone, and CATV work to support a new two-level 38,000 sq ft Adult Education Building and a new two-level, 30,000 sq ft District Office Building. Labor Code Section 1725.5 requires all contractors and subcontractors intending to bid or perform work on public works projects to annually register and pay a fee to the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) for purposes of monitoring and enforcing compliance with the State's prevailing wage law.
