The Willoughby-Eastlake Public Library seeks sealed lump sum bids for the Willowick Public Library Project #21367 Air Handler Unit Replacement. The Work is to be performed as a single Construction Contract. Work is to be accomplished during normal library hours with a final completion date of December 15, 2023. Envelopes containing the Bid and other required documentation should be sealed and clearly marked: Bid for AHU Replacement at Willowick Public Library Bid Security in the amount of 10 percent of the bid must accompany each bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. No Bidder may withdraw their bid within sixty days after the actual date of the bid opening. The Willoughby-Eastlake Public Library reserves the right to waive any irregularities or to reject any or all bids.
