It is the County's intent that this Request for Proposal (RFP) allows for competition in the request for Overhead Door Maintenance, Repair and Replacement Services. Questions pertaining to this project should be directed to Pamela Dawson, Budget Specialist at pam.dawson@jamescitycountyva.gov in writing via email no later than 2:00 p.m. on February 3, 2023. The effective date for services implemented as a result of this RFP for the County will be July 1, 2023. The resulting contract will be for one year with an option to renew the contract one year at a time for up to four (4) consecutive years.
