The Town of Duck, North Carolina, is seeking qualified contractors to provide landscaping and maintenance services related to the annual upkeep of the following four project areas: (1) Duck Trail & Multi-Use Path (5.0 miles) (2) Duck Town Park & Sound Side Boardwalk (5.2 acres and 0.9-mile boardwalk) (3) Duck Village Sidewalks (1.7 miles) (4) Duck Town Park and Sound Side Boardwalk Refuse Collection Procedures for submitting a bid, claiming an error, withdrawal of bids and other pertinent information are contained in the Instructions to Bidders, which is part of the Invitation for Bids. The Town of Duck reserves the right to reject any or all bids as allowed by the North Carolina General Statutes.
