Contract of Supply for ELECTRICAL SUPPLIES & EQUIPMENT effective April 1, 2023 through March 31, 2024 with the option to renew for 3 additional one year periods upon approval of both parties. DELIVERY may NOT be REQUIRED: The users may wish to pick up supplies from the vendor, as required. PRICING: a) Following final contract awards, and ONLY when requested, a successful supplier MUST provide the most current version of the "TRA-SER SX, COL 3" (Trade Service Monitor Canada) price printout, as supporting documentation for any quotations or invoices, within seven (7) days of any such request. (This is NOT REQUIRED with your bid) b) Vendors MUST only indicate ONE (1) DISCOUNTED PRICE STRUCTURE (%) PER ITEM. The discount offered for each tender item must be referenced from the NET PRICE "Column COL 3" as listed in "TRA-SER SX" (from TRADE SERVICE MONITOR CANADA). c) If you are offering a 10% discount quote "NET less 10%". If you are not offering any discount please quote "NET less 0%". d) NO actual dollar prices ($) must appear on the bid submission. Only the Discount (%). e) "NO TOTALS REQUIRED": Do not include a TOTAL of all items at the end of the tender document. The Province of New Brunswick reserves the right to add additional items, which fall within the product category, during the term of the contract if deemed necessary by the Province. The Province of New Brunswick reserves the right to make multiple awards if it is deemed to be in the best interest of the province. VENDORS are NOT required to bid on EVERY ITEM, but they MUST bid on the multiple items within a Group. (Example: If bidding on Item 14.0 you must bid on 14.1 through 14.4 inclusive.) If bidding on item 15.0 you must bid on items 15.1 through 15.4 inclusive.) CONSISTENT INTER-BRANCH PRICING: The SAME Discount Percentage (%) must apply to ALL of the vendor's Branch Locations throughout the Province. All invoicing must be done through the responding bidder (not the branch locations that were identified.) BRANCH LOCATIONS: On Tender Item #30 please indicate all locations where users may pick up supplies. EVALUATION CRITERIA: CONTRACT AWARDS will be based primarily on, but not restricted to, Supplier Pricing, Quality of Products, Product Availability, Vendor Location, etc. (The Province reserves the right to award based on any one, or a combination of the noted criteria.) Successful bidders are responsible to provide "COL 3" pricing printouts directly from TRA-SER SX to supplement quotations and invoicing, if/when requested by client departments.
