**As of February 8, 2023 project was awarded to Mies Construction, Inc. , awarded amount is $670,096.75.** The Project includes the following Work: 2117 L.F. of 8" SS Pipe, 2180 L.F. of 8" Waterline Pipe, & 1821 L.F. of SWS Pipe Bids are requested for the following Contract: Sanitary Sewer, Water Distribution System, and Stormwater Drain Improvements to serve Summerlin Addition Obtaining the Bidding Documents Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the designated engineer's office. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. PDF copies of the Bidding Documents may be obtained from the Issuing Office.
