Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Tooele, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
**As of March 14, 2023 project was awarded to JSX, LLC. , awarded amount is $140,985.90** For the construction of the following Project: Vine Street Sidewalk Improvements. The Project includes the following Work: connecting two existing sections of combination curb, gutter, and sidewalk by excavation, preparation of subgrade, installing and preparing base course, pouring curb and gutter and sidewalk, asphalt paving between the new curb and the existing street, and incidental work. Bids will be received for a single contract. The Project is expected to be substantially completed by May 31, 2023, and complete by June 15, 2023. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than Jones & DeMille Engineering, Inc. Instructions to Bidders: For further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids; to accept or reject the whole or any part of any bid; or to waive any information or technicality in any bid in the best interest of the City. Only bids giving a firm quotation properly signed will be accepted.
