Site work and paving for a road / highway in East Cocalico Township, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
As of February 23, 2022. Project was awarded to Martin Paving Inc. amounting $92,511.64 Sealed proposals must be on the forms furnished by the Municipality and marked Seal Coat . A certified check or bid bond may be payable to West Cocalico Township in the amount of the bid must accompany the bid. The bids will be opened at 2:30 p.m. and awarded at at the West Cocalico Township Board of Supervisors meeting scheduled for 7:00 p.m. Tuesday, February 21, 2023. West Cocalico Township reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or any portion of a proposal. DESCRIPTION OF WORK: Excavate 3' on each side of road. Fine grade roadway after Township milling of roadway. Place 2A stone base. Grade and compact subbase. Place 3" 19mm superpave, seal end joints and driveways. Paint 4" double yellow lines. All measurements are approximate. Contractor should verify measurements. Supply signs and flagman as required. Roadway can be closed except for local traffic. Item No. 1B is an alternate which may be added.
