Demolition and site work for a residential development in Belleville, Illinois. Completed plans call for the demolition of a residential development; and for site work for a residential development.
For 2023 Demolitions For the demolition and clearing of twenty-four (24) parcels/lots in the City of Belleville The lowest and best bid is anticipated to be awarded at the February 21, 2023 City Council meeting. The City of Belleville reserves the right to waive any informality or technicality and to reject any or all bids. Contractors that are on the City of Belleville contractor suspension list will not be allowed to bid. (Allow ten days for review). All work must be done in accordance with all City of Belleville Ordinances. Bidders will be required to comply with the Prevailing Wage Act (820 ILCS 130/0.01 et seq.), the Employment of Illinois Workers on Public Works Act (30 ILCS 570/0.01 et seq.), and Public Act 96-1064 - Business Enterprise Program Per City of Belleville Ordinance, the successful bidder will be required to execute a Project Labor Agreement with the Southwestern Illinois Building Trades Council for this project.
