Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Bloomington, California. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
The Dream Field Project consists of demolishing and replacing Ballfield No. 2 at Kessler Park, entirely updating the field as illustrated in RFP Exhibit C, Kessler Park Dream Field Renderings. The overall design intent is to bring a big league theme and feel to a Little League facility. The ballfield dimensions and proportions will remain consistent with the existing Little League layout. Expected services include, but are not limited to, complete construction design plans, technical specifications, and opinion of probable construction costs based on full design plans, including demolition items and quantities. Contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, equipment, materials, and transportation necessary to complete the Project that includes demolition of existing dugouts, chain link fence removal and removal of infield and outfield landscaping. Perform a complete renovation of the little league baseball field (Field 2), including grading, installation of new concrete, turf field, brick backstop, dugouts, shade structures, scoreboard, vinyl coated chain link fencing, irrigation and drainage lines as shown on the Bid Documents, including the Plans and Specifications. Last date to submit questions is Thursday, May 30, 2024 at 5:00 p.m. No questions will be answered within 72 hours of the bid opening. Should any of the questions require changes to the specifications or requirements, an addendum will be issued to clarify those changes. Bidders shall be responsible for ensuring that they have received all addendums issued by the Department and the submittal of a bid shall be deemed to be based on the Bid Documents, as modified and/or clarified by any and all addenda
