PREVAILING WAGES: The Project is a public work and the successful bidder and each of its subcontractors of any tier will be required to pay not less than the general prevailing rates of per-diem wages in the locality in which the work is to be performed for each craft or type of worker needed to execute the contract ("Prevailing Wages"). A copy of the per-diem rates of Prevailing Wages applicable to the Project is on file and available for review at the location specified above as the place for submitting bids, and a copy will be posted at the site of the Project. SUBCONTRACTORS: Bidder shall include the name, location of the place of business, and the California contractor license number of each subcontractor who will perform work or assist the bidder in completing the Project, pursuant to the Subletting and Subcontracting Fair Practices Act. An inadvertent error in listing the contractor license number shall not be grounds for filing a bid protest or grounds for considering a bid nonresponsive, assuming the corrected contractor's license number is submitted by the bidder within twenty-four (24) hours after the bid opening and the corrected contractor's license number corresponds to the submitted name and location for that subcontractor.
