Renovation of a mixed-use development in Erie, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The Millcreek Township School District will accept separate sealed bids for the following: Carpet/Flooring Replacement - District Wide Inquiries regarding specifications and drawings should be addressed to Mike Galleher, Millcreek Township School District, 3740 West 26th Street, Erie, PA 16506, (814) 835-5674. (Email: galleher@mtsd.org ) Carpeting of areas at Belle Valley Elementary School and Westlake Middle School Removal of furniture in areas to be carpeted shall be by the District. Coordinate all work with District. C. Infill of floor boxes and modifications of raised floors shall be by others. This does not include the use of Ardex for leveling of walk-off mats in entrance ways. Coordinate all work with District. Finish of floor box and or raised floor area above infill shall be included as part of this project to ensure proper adhesion of the carpet and a level surface with the rest of the floor. D. New termination strips required between all existing tile flooring and new flooring. Contractor shall determine full extent of required work prior to bidding.
