The project herein advertised shall be known and referenced as Crushed Stone and Aggregate Base | #2023-001-ITB, said project consisting of the furnishing of all labor, transportation, materials, and equipment as required by and according to the details and specifications contained in the Invitation to Bid and as generally described as follows: Provision of crushed stone and aggregate base for the City of Madison for a term of twelve (12) months subject to two (2) renewals of said term, the length of total contract award not to exceed three (3) years. All work is to be performed per the general and technical specifications contained in the Invitation To Bid packet. No pre-bid conference will be held for this ITB, and no pre-qualification of vendors is required. Bids must be submitted on the required forms provided by the City of Madison Finance Department and may not be faxed or e-mailed
