Lac du Flambeau, Wi 54538 And the Architect (hereinafter referred to as Architecture North, Ltd.): A. Architecture North, Ltd, Glenn Morrison Project Architect C. Woodruff, WI 54568. New construction, approximately 18500 sq ft. Steel frame, truss joists, bar joists, and masonry exterior walls. Interior partitions steel stud and drywall. 2900 sq ft Storage Mezzanine with pre-cast concrete floors and In-floor heating. C. All bidders are required to prequalify to the requirements described in Document 00 2113 - Instructions to Bidders. Allow 3working days for printing. E. Documents may be obtained only by general contract and major subcontract Bidders. Others may view the Bid Documents at the office of the Architect. The TOWN OF LAC DU FLAMBEAU reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids, and select the bid(s) deemed to be in the Town's best interest.
